At Noah & Lily we wish to provide you with the most professional service we can.  Therefore if you have a faulty item are happy to have you send it back to us and we can provide you with an alternate product of the same value of your choice.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully.  We hand inspect each item before sending it to you and we pack and post it carefully so the chances of receiving a faulty product are very slim.
